October 21's Muddiest Point


In the HTML page, the elements – and, in conjunction, the tags and attributes – all produce “permanent” effects that can only be changed by the creator in the HTML page, i.e. tags <b>…</b> bolds text and <body bg color = “green”> makes the background color perpetually green. Are these “static” elements the only kinds, though? Can there be elements coded to change on their own initiative or allow users to make changes themselves, such as writing and submitting comments?
